        I organised a dinner evening for staff of a youth organisation which I belong to. I contacted Percival's and spoke with Claire who was very helpful. Once I received the menu I confirmed my booking for 41 adults. Claire arrived at our location well on time with her staff and set about sorting the tables out. Once we were ready to sit down for the meal, Claire and her staff were very efficient and everything went smoothly. Comments from the staff were "It was the best meal they had, had for a long time" "Everything was nice and hot and cooked to perfection" "Can't fault the service, are we having them again" All I can say is a big thank you to Claire and her staff for an excellent evening.

        I had a Buffet for my Retirement today.Carol who delivered the Buffet was a lovely lady and it was all superb.Delicious!

        Percival are excellent caterers but have let our club down by cancelling our booking saying we had not confirmed or paid a deposit .. They rang me to confirm the booking and informed me we were in the book and never asked at that time for a deposit .this was in May . I spoke to them this week for menus they said they would e mail them to me ... and they said it was in the book.. still not asked for a deposit . I received an e mail today saying they could not do this booking in DECEMBER !! The real reason they cancelled was because I commented on something I wasn't too happy about at our last booking .. four years ago but no fault at all with the excellent food !!
