Called Andy in to clean sofas and some carpets. Said he likes to see the job before the date booked for cleaning, so came 2 days before to view. Punctual, "clean", polite, hard working and professional and charged a fair rate. We gave it a rug Dr job 1 month back(poor results) and i was surprised the amount of dirt he was still able to draw out. Uses different shoes inside the house, got the job done to the best that could've been achieved. overall impressed and will be using him again if we needed any cleaning doing. This is the second time I have used Andy from Bone Dry, and have been incredibly happy with the whole process, and ultimately the end result. Andy has arranged a face to face visit to provide not only a valuation, but a realistic expectation of what to expect from the finished product. Im pleased to say that both times the result has been better than I could have imagined. Reliable, trustworthy, good value for money but ultimately a great guy.
