Asked for a brick match and the external contractor TP uses was sent out on a Monday to take photos. Called on Thursday to follow up and branch had not received any images or details from the visit. Called back On Friday and was informed the person in branch who does the brick match is on holiday. Asked to speak with Manager and was told the same and was cheeky to ask me if can send some photos in after i had waited a week and then also wait for the specialist branch brick matcher person to return from holiday to review. No sense of customer service and obviously they never heard of Risk Management or contingency planning as business depends on people on holiday, thus giving opportunity for customers to go elsewhere and I think i will.
