Absolutely disgraceful, I took my parents, so they could have a meal as they hadn't been there for a couple of years due to COVID, they sat down asked a member of staff where the buffet was and they was rudely told, you can only order food through the app, then when they said they couldn't download the app as they don't have smartphones the staff member said "You had better leave then hadn't you and don't come back until you can download the app. UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR BY YOUR STAFF. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK AGAIN. THE SIGN OUTSIDE STATES THE CHINESE BUFFET AND NOT TCB DINING

You have to order via an app and a robot brings your food. My app kept crashing, so was unable to order for a while. Ordered sushi only to be told there wasn't any. Not for the first time! 20 minutes later 'special' guests were brought out a plate full of sushi hand delivered by the chef himself! Meanwhile there's a floor full of debris that is being ignored. At this point there are 7 staff and 3 small groups of diners. Anyway, the robots are always polite and chirpy. Food was mostly good, apart from those brown carrots on sticks with the tough meat. Only 2 stars, must do better TCB!
