Something Blue Bridal Boutique

This review is long overdue and I apologise. My daughter got married last year after her wedding was cancelled twice during covid. Right from stepping in the shop we fell in love with it . Adele the owner was amazing throughout all the experience from choosing the dress, alterations and we even got all the bridesmaid dresses from the shop. There was an extensive choice of dresses and the eventual dress she chose was absolutely stunning and was altered to perfection as my daughter is quite tiny. Eventually the wedding went ahead in Ireland and all the guests were speechless when she walked down the aisle. Thank you so much Something Blue for my absolutely perfect experience as a bride. From the first message, my whole party was made to feel welcomed and involved. Service felt so personal and intimate, like they were part of the family. My dress was stunning! I had no idea what I wanted going in, but was allowed to try all the styles and narrow them down. Absolutely amazing shop and the loveliest most helpful staff ! So a bit of a long one but these ladies were worth the time to write this . After a last minute flower girl disaster having waited 6 weeks for a flower girl dress to arrive and being sent the total wrong colour dress with only 2 weeks to go until my wedding I went on a panic mission drive around to about 10 different bridal shops to find a replacement in the colour I wanted with no luck , I went to something blue , Adele the owner is the most loveliest , professional and helpful lady , although she didnt have a dress to match my exact needs in a hurry she made some suggestions to alter the current dress I had , she took the time to show me examples of how it would work and managed to get me in with her lovely seamstress Lillian the very next morning ! Lillian and Adele took the time to look at the dress and the different options , they got out sample books and we got some material ordered that would come within a couple of days . As she knew her suppliers she knew which ones would arrive the quickest . Within 2 days the material arrived and the very next day lillian has turned the dress into the perfect dress for me . Given the fact they wouldnt of made very much money , if anything from helping me the time they spent and the kindness and professionalism they showed was amazing ! Iv lived in the area for years and in all honesty have never took much notice to the shop but what an absolutely beautiful shop Adele has and her selection of dresses is absolutely beautiful ! If Id of gone there sooner I could of got my own dress from them to ! Lillian also makes veils , so if anyone is getting married and n need or a dress do not overlook something blue as Id say its quite possibly the best and kindest customer service Iv ever received from anywhere xx Thank you so much Adele and Lillian xx

Fantastic choice of dresses, different styles and fabrics. Adele was very accommodating and so helpful, I found a lovely dress and with the help of the in-house alterations team the right adjustments can be made to fit. I thought I'd struggle to find the right dress and was delighted to find my dress on the first visit to a bridal shop! Highly recommend.

The lady who runs this boutique is so lovely! I visited twice and I always felt so welcome and never felt rushed. The shop also has a gorgeous selection of dresses. Would highly recommend coming here!
