Lovely experience at the shop today. The assistants were great, very helpful, couldn't do enough to oblige...would recommend to any bride!, & yes " she did say yes to the dress!!"

I was seriously starting to worry that I wouldnt find anything suitable for the fundraising gala that Im attending with a formal dress code. I had been to a couple of other places (purely because Im not local to Bolton and didnt know this place existed) and they only seemed to have very figure hugging dresses, very sparkly dresses or the wrong size. I messaged the lovely lady at this place and explained the concerns I have with my body and how I wanted to hide certain areas and she was so reassuring and helpful. She squeezed me in for a fitting and I found the perfect dress. She wasnt pushing the most expensive dresses on me and she didnt try and stay in the fitting room with me which I appreciated. When I pointed out what areas on myself I didnt like she didnt try and change my mind, she understood I didnt feel comfortable. Anyway, I managed to find my perfect dress and I cant wait to wear it this weekend. Thank you so much.

Absolutely fantastic service , after being let down by another bridal boutique, I managed to get what I wanted straight away, the staff are so lovely and couldn't do enough for me , some beautiful dresses also would definitely recommend and would certainly purchase from here again, thank you ladies so much

After not having any luck and getting the feeling with any other wedding dress at any boutiques, I went to Ivory promise and had the best experience I could wish for. After trying on some styles that I chose out myself, still trying to get an idea of what I want, they could tell straight away the dress that would suit me and wow me. They chose the dress and brought it for me to try on and I finally got the feeling and found the one thanks to the amazing women at Ivory promise and their expertise. I was made to feel so comfortable and special and I couldnt recommend it enough. Thank you for finding me my dream wedding dress and making it such a special day in my life. Xx
