        WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company has stolen my money and refuse to give me a refund. I have called them every day since before receiving my order to cancel it. I received my mattress topper and have been trying to reach them for 11 days now with only one response to an email saying they would send me the label for return and have heard no word since. I have called more than 5 times a day and have sent several emails. This business is a scam. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

        Poor customer service, they do not answer the phones, or emails No return label with product and no process to follow. Making it very difficult if not impossible to return an item.
