Today's Easter Sunday. So all shops are closed..understanding! But why don't you update your timetable in Google. My doctor sends the prescription after checking that the Boots is open in Trinity Street, Bolton. We went for collection the medicine and it's closed...duh..

Absolute nightmare tonight- went to get some decongestant meds for my 5 month old whos very sick. Instead was told by the most judgemental pharmacist i have ever seen this is not time to go shopping and did you not have time to get this during the day. She then continues onto say i wont serve you because this isnt urgent medication and isnt a prescription so youll have to wait till i do the prescriptions of other people since theyre more important and even if someone comes after you with a prescription i am going to serve them before i serve you . By all means do whatever u need to do for people before me. But firstly who in the world do you think you are telling me the medication i requested for a BABY isnt important for me to come at this late hour. Does she think i enjoy leaving my house at this time and going for a quick stroll down to the pharmacy for fun? And excuse me but why on earth are you open late hour if i cant collect medication that i clearly need?? Since when do we get judged at what we get from a LATE NIGHT pharmacy??? Absolutely fuming and dont need this attitude when i have enough on my plate with a sick child. Then refuses to give me the medication i asked for saying i have to choose from either or as theyd both the same. Well clearly theyre not the same if one is a spray and one are drops. And if im paying for it what bloody difference does it make? Honestly i cannot believe the service i got today. Judgemental, rude pharmacist called Fehmida Yusuf. Absolute disgrace. The attitude is disgusting. I dont get how people work in healthcare when they clearly cannot be bothered to do the job theyve been assigned. Do better Boots pharmacy!! Disgusting.
