I've been attending this beauty salon for a few years now and have tried not to complain much as they're quite cheap and decent enough quality as far as I've been able to tell. However, today I went in to get both my eyes and upper lips waxed and it was the most painful experience I've had. The lady rushed, clearly not taking into account how delicate the skin by one's eyes can be. I've got little tears/wounds on the skin there on both now - about 5 or 6. The wax itself seemed a little too hot.
