I visited the salon to have a colour change from very dark brown to a lighter brown warm balayage. I have to admit, I am any hairdressers worst nightmare. Over the years I have tried many times to get the colour I want, it never works out so I go back home and dye it back dark after spending lots of money and time in salons. I have to be one of the most nervous, indecisive, fussy clients ever but can honestly say Morgan is by far one of the best colourists I have ever come across. Even after me asking for a colour and her getting that colour spot on, I just didnt like it on me. She didnt give up! She made sure when I left the salon I was happy (fussy or not) and got my colour exactly how I wanted it working with Rio to get it right. The salon is beautiful, the girls are amazing at what they do and more importantly they are passionate about getting it right for their customers. I am so happy with the result.
