100% positive service from ariving to picking up my car a jaguar xe Upon arrival at the garage, to my surprise, I was met by a gentleman with good morning, Mr Siddall. I hope you are well. I asked him how do you know my name, and he said from the reg number. He took me in, opening every door for me . I was taken to service where I was met by very professional Charlotte, who took over, taking my details. I was kept informed on what was happening to my car by a phone call by Charlotte . The car has never ru as well as it does. Now it's been professional service by Vertu of Bolton . I bought the car 6 months ago from a place in London who told me it was service and mot . But I never been happy as I was a jaguar mechanic myself years ago. Oil was black when I looked at it . I would like to thank the members of the staff who carried out the service, repair and mot . Also, the person who washed it. Charlotte for her professional service. All a credit to you See you next year Bryan

We have just brought our new Jag home & the experience from start to finish has been fabulous. All thanks to Lloyd Stevens....what an amazing young man

OK, but a generally lacklustre experience from the whole process, with the odd blip of good service here and there. Would be hard to recommend this dealership, although I can imagine most of the Vertu dealerships have the same culture so not sure where else to go apart from Lexus Bolton who provide a different level of service altogether.
