Called out engineer who came and evaluated machine as it was flooding kitchen, he ordered parts and I got a call the same day to book in repairs the following week. A VERY rude engineer turned up the following week and said the problem was something else, cleaned the dispenser tray told me he had tested it, I didn't believe him, he left, I turned on the washing machine and it flooded the floor. Called the center who apparently couldn't get hold of him, they told me they had ordered all the parts it could be and sent another engineer today. This engineer confirmed that the first one had diagnosed the problem correctly but he had been sent out with the wrong part today and he ordered the correct part, which the second engineer sent back as he was too lazy to fit it and now the centre is down and can't book an engineer to come back out. Absolutely useless , so far I've had no washing machine for 20 days and 3 engineers have been sent out....I have no idea how they can be in business.. .. Service: Washer/dryer repair

I would give this company minus 10 if I could. We have a warranty with Domestic & General for our washing machine which went faulty last week. They sent this Welsh engineer to fix our washing machine and he said that he would have to order 3 parts to fit before he could diagnose the fault which could take 5 to 10 days so we face at least 2 weeks without our washing machine. This Welsh guy attempted to fix our washing machine a few months ago with another fault and left the house saying all was well - in fact he didnt fix the machine - I sent him a text 5 minutes after he left the house and he refused to answer me - he returned a week later with another engineer who did fix the machine. It is obvious that this Welsh guy does not have the knowledge or expertise to diagnose faults and repair and yet they still employ him. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I wouldn't even give one star I've waited 2 months for my washer dryer to be repaired, the first appointment was cancelled they then passed on the repair to Pacifica who can't even order all the parts needed and when they do they're not the correct ones. I've called them twice today said I'd get a new washer dryer now they're saying this has not been don they haven't chased reports for repairs I have been without a washer dryer for 3 months it was only bought in September and delivered in October. Don't buy hoover candy not only will it break after a few months noone will take responsibility orto fix or resolve the issue.
