Hayley is a consummate professional who offered expert advice and guidance throughout the purchase of my new home. My mortgage application was extremely complex and beset with problems. Hayley always found a solution to any problems we encountered. She always explained the mortgage application process in laypersons terms so that I understood the process. Hayley always kept me in the loop and offered instant feedback and guidance. This help was not only available in office hours but also out of hours; evenings, weekends and even in her holidays! Without Hayleys unwavering help and support, the purchase of my property would have fallen through due to a myriad of legal reasons. I have never received the level of customer service (from any company ever) that I received from Hayley; nothing was ever too much trouble. In the future, I would not hesitate to use Hayleys services again and I can recommend her to anyone who wishes to take the stress out of a mortgage application.

We cant recommend The Mortgage Partners enough! We had quite a complex case for our mortgage and knew we needed someone that would guide us through what we needed to do and really help us with the process. We initially had a chat with Dawn and we felt very confident we were in good hands. From the word go we were truly taken care of and nothing was ever too much trouble. Katy was always there at the drop of a hat when we had questions and even though we hit a few obstacles the team at The Mortgage Partners were so focused and driven to ensure we would get the mortgage we wanted. I would give a 6 stars if I can, Hayley and her team provided a very professional service in deed, from the very beginning of the procedure, including preparing documents, finding a lender for me and my case is not that straight forward as Im a foreigner, until the lender made an offer, even until the completion of my house purchase , whenever I had a silly question they always responded me promptly, I can safely say it is a very reliable, methodical and professional team, not only Hayley but also Jack and Sinead, I wouldnt go for anyone else now if I need another mortgage, and I would tell anyone I know to contact Hayley if they need, in fact one of my best friends already applying for a mortgage with them. Thank you so much really appreciate your help
