        Resulted to leave scathing review after numerous accounts of insufficient staffing. There are 4 or 5 Self serv tills and only one human serving till the tabacco side, which is very rarely manned. Today my Mum stood for 5 minutes waiting for help when the till stopped scanning. Finally she had to leave her items to search for a staff member to find two staff members opening boxes, chin wagging to get 'oh yeah- I'm coming I know you're waiting'. Appalling service. I have noticed this co-op going really down hill. Lack of staff is the worst, combined with a lack of full shelves and prices rising, it, can't compare on scale of shop, but variety of veg and always helpful. an absolute disappointment. Beautiful community around this area, this could be such a great place to shop. Sadly it isn't. May as well head to Londis Hest Bank instead, fully staffed and always pleasant and helpful.
