Words cannot express my gratitude for the exquisite birthday cake and delightful chocolate cupcakes that Hilary crafted for a recent 40th birthday celebration. The cake was nothing short of a masterpiece, with attention to detail and creativity that exceeded our expectations. Over the past four months, communication with Hilary has been exceptional. She expertly advised me and shared photos to inspire the perfect cake and style for the occasion. The resulting cake was beautifully adorned with a delicate light pink hue, brilliantly contrasted by a bold and stylish leopard print. The top of the cake was covered in stunning sugarflowers, showcasing Hilary's incredible artistry and finesse. The heavenly vanilla sponge was paired perfectly with a silky vanilla buttercream filling and a Belgian white chocolate ganache crumb coat beneath the fondant that enhanced the cake's decadence. The chocolate cupcakes that accompanied the cake were simply irresistible. Our children and their cousins couldn't get enough, savouring every bite. The perfect balance of moist, chocolaty goodness made these cupcakes an instant hit with everyone. This cake was the pice de rsistance for a 40th birthday weekend, and everyone in the family couldn't help but comment on how delicious and gorgeous the cake was. My sister, who had the pleasure of meeting Hilary when collecting the cake and cupcakes, couldn't say enough about how lovely and accommodating she was. Hillary kindly stepped in to do our wedding cake with only 3 days notice after unfortunately our other supplier fell through. She went above and beyond to make sure our cake was everything we wanted and it definitely looked and tasted amazing! We cant thank and recommend her enough!

If you are looking for a unique and eye catching present with a twist then you must look no further than Hilary Hurst cake artist. I ordered a red and white flower bouquet, made with white chocolate, for my mother-in-law's birthday. They really are the most beautiful and pretty flower cupcakes I've ever seen and although we couldn't celebrate her birthday in person, they certainly made it an extra special day. My mother-in-law initially thought these were real flowers! And said how stunning and absolutely delicious they are too and I couldn't agree more! I can't recommend Hilary enough. The whole ordering process is quick and easy, right from the initial enquiry and through to covid-friendly collection. I love these cupcakes so much and they are, without doubt, by far the best I have ever tasted. I will be ordering more!
