Booked an eyebrow shape, they called the day before to cancel as someone else was going to be late. I dont think its fair to prioritise someone elses appointment when theyre going to be late. Everyone should be treated fairly. Disappointed with the bad etiquette. * edit added to respond - "I am not mistaken, unfortunately your lack of due diligence had my appointment cancelled due to a prior client being late which should had been dealt with in house professionally.(You called and said this on the phone hence why I said I didn't want to reschedule) This is clearly demonstrated with conflicting interests compromising your professionalism. Might I add, last time it took slightly longer as my eyebrows were noticebly uneven so I asked her to fix it and waited until after she finished with the client who arrived after me. I stand by what I am saying and you know deep down the reality so I would avoid making this a bigger deal and just accept that you've not dealt with a client well due to external factors. I'd appreciate you kept things professional and left mutual friends (not sure who) out of this and focus on your customer service. * Added edit after you called and threatened to come to my house.
