Beautiful quality, I have bought beds, bedding, pajamas and now a coat. I think I am obsessed. Always very helpful, especially on correcting items when it's me that's made the mistake. Can't recommend highly enough

Appalling I would like to start my review by clarifying that I chased the delivery of my order - I did not cancel my order. The lack of customer service from Bella and Watson resulted in the cancellation of my order. Tip for ordering with Bella and Watson - leave a negative review if you want a response from them. (Edited and added to review after response from company.) Tried to keep business local but unfortunately Ive been waiting for a parcel ordered nearly a month ago with no tracking information and no delivery of order, queried to no avail and to then query if their operation is a scam due to genuine concern and then have attitude fuelled emails go back and forth between staff and including the MD, still.. no update on order and or refund. This is clearly a pattern judging by the other reviews against this company also with the exact same issues, terrible communication and clearly terrible management for allowing this delay, lack of communication and tolerance of incompetence. Note to self, read reviews before ordering.

Ordered two dog beds a few months ago, after terrible postage times and slow delivery including one getting lost in the post - we received them and thought they were of good quality, however a couple of months later we found they were full of mould and smelly. We cut open the stuffing bag to wash it and found it to be jam packed full of polyester stuffing and NOT sheeps wool as advertised. No wonder its not dealing with moisture very well. A quick burn test proved its not natural fibres. Feel like weve been scammed as its not far too late to return and weve ended up with a low quality product thats not going to last.

Ordered a coat and bag from them for my mini dachshund and never received anything, emailed them multiple times and was ignored. Started a dispute claiming we received the items when we havent. Im absolutely disgusted. As a result of this and after reading many reviews it has happened to many other people. Havent received a refund. Will be reporting this company. Appalling behaviour.

Scammers. Have multiple evidence to prove my good never arrived, contacted the seller they said they look into it after a while I still had no response. Raised a dispute with my bank as I never received anything, they try to claim I have received my goods disgraceful liars. Before you reply to me Karen, I have multiple evidence and will be reporting you and your company to trading standards.
