Nearby activities: not too far from Yorkshire wildlife park lots of things to do if you have children if they like visiting places with animals petting farms ect

Food & drinks: Quick service - ordered a hot chocolate with marshmallows, latte, and pot of tea for 2, along with 2 x cheese scones, 2 x toasted teacakes, and a huge slice of gluten free honey and lemon cake

A great location, with various sized rooms around a nice courtyard.
The rooms need a bit of maintenance, the shower and kitchen were very basic and ready for refurbishment. The living area was clean, but the beamed roof space above looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a few years. Lighting the log fire woke up a lot of moths, which was fun.
Although they advertise rooms as 3 or 4 beds for 110 price is actually only for one person, with an extra 30 per person added on. This is overpriced for this tired standard of accommodation.
