I am very pleased to have sold our property through Wilsons in Bolsover as I was very impressed with their services and very satisfied with their all-inclusive package deal. The first person I met was Jack Wilson who came to do the valuation. He was very friendly and showed much interest in why I was selling and what my plans were. He was also very good at explaining what kind of package deal they were offering. What really attracted me to selling with Wilsons was the fact that they were very local. They already knew the area very well and have sold hundreds of properties there before. They were also very friendly and approachable which is always helpful and appreciated. The other thing that really stood out to me was their all-inclusive package deal. This includes the price for the sales conveyancers and they were able to tell us exactly how much we would be paying at the completion of the sale which is not the case for every estate agent. They reassured me that they would be doing everything for us which was very helpful for an inexperienced seller. If youre thinking of selling your home, I would highly recommend you give Wilsons Estate Agents a call and ask them for a valuation. You will not be disappointed by their friendly and helpful service and what they have to offer.
