We landed in Birmingham yesterday , he phoned when we landed to ask if it was that day we wanted picking up or the next day ? We said we had landed and he said he will set off, we had to wait on the airport floor for 1 hour and 45 minutes, my son was so fed up , my mum was uncomfortable as she suffered with her legs. We were all tired and frustrated . He said sorry , but that's all we got . He couldn't of got rid of us any quicker, he put our last case on the pavement and drove off very quickly, not a word to us . We were hoping we booked someone reliable but definatly not , very disappointed.

We booked well in advance back in February of this year for our WEDDING 2nd July. The coach was for our wedding guests to travel from Sheffield to Devon, a fair journey. We hadnt heard from Spire since paying the deposit and confirming our booking and with our wedding ONE week away we decided to contact them.. only to get the response they had their license took off them and would not be taking our booking!!
What would have happened if we hadnt contacted them? All of our guests would have been left waiting to be collected only for no one to turn up?! I cannot believe we were not informed of ANYTHING with ONE WEEK to go!!!! We also found out from a friend in the industry that Spire had their license took off them back in FEBRUARY! So when we made our booking he took our deposit knowing he could not take the booking?! Who knows!!
Absolutely horrific service, thank God we found out when we did although we have had to rush to find another coach company in such short notice we have had just enough time.
