Maybe the houses are great, but because I have an opinion I was not allowed to buy one. That's what happens when the sales woman takes a dislike to you. I'm told I'm now blocked from ever buying a keepmoat house, but with that customer service, I'm not bothered.
They may talk a good job about caring for the customer, but it's just talk, they don't mean it.
