Bit of a mixed bag what you get. Had Covid pretty bad lasted about 10 days in total. Because I didn't darken the door immediately as per what they request just kept myself locked away till testing clear. Contacted them at this point to obtain a clubnote for the period after self certification but was told I could have one for today but not the previous 2 days despite having photographic evidence of my lateral flow tests. Believe me I don't want Covid again and have no other sickness recorded for well over a decade but if so the day the self certification ends I am personally walking into the surgery to register my illness.

Trying to make an appointment for my aunty (95) I rang Glapwell, closed. I rang Welbeck Rd. It states the surgery is now closed!! 2pm, then it goes on to say the surgery is oprn from 8.30am to 6.30pm. So why are they closed at 2pm?

Keep fobbing my daughter off about her 10 month old baby who has been ill for over a week , hospital tomorrow and then i will make sure the surgery get a complaint they wish they never got, totally useless using taxpayers money

With all the negative press nowadays surrounding GP practices Id like to say what a well run Surgery Welbeck Road is . The reception staff are all very helpful and try their best to accommodate your needs to the best of their abilities. The dispensary staff are also very friendly and helpful. Ive always found the GPs to be very good and thorough . I really Like the AccuRX system to book an appointment early in the morning but also find you can get an appointment or telephone call if needed by calling the Surgery. Well done to you all !!
