        1st time we have used Almora for our cats Alicia & Daisy, theyre not used to catteries and we were worried how Daisy in particular would react, but on arrival to Almora which is in a beautiful setting with ample land and well-kept large pens , we were reassured by Phil (who is clearly very knowledgeable about cat behaviour that they would be fine). We got a postcard update with pics from Phil & Katy letting us know that both cats were doing fine. And on collection, we received a comprehensive welfare daily report. We will definitely be using Phil and Katy again at Almora.
