Very unhelpful and rude staff here, unlike other branches for TSB. Manageress was clearly on some sort of power trip.

Really difficult to transfer funds need ID unfriendly staff....and NEVER OPEN!

I would like to give a very big thanks to Eileen Purcell for helping me with my internet banking. She was really helpful and although some problems with connection she managed to get me all sorted. 5 Star service nothing was too much trouble a great representative for the bank.
