I was so happy with our wedding cake. It looked incredible and the flavours were amazing. I really appreciate the time Clare took to make sure the cake was how I envisioned and tied in with the wedding. Our wedding was a few months back and people are still commenting on how good the cake was.

Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous! We had vanilla sponge with raspberry jam & buttercream, and lemon sponge with lemon curd buttercream. Both were delicious but my favourite was the vanilla. The layer of white chocolate ganache between the sponge & icing really made it divine! When designing our cake Clare managed to find the exact design stencil that we had seen before & loved. Her attention to detail is incredible and it's clear that she loves making her clients ideas come to reality! Our guests loved our cake and we were pleased to have some left to take home so we could enjoy it all over again. I'm already trying to think of a special occasion so we can ask Clare to make another cake for us in the future!!

Clare made our cake for our wedding on 05th March 22. From the first time we contacted her to the day itself, she has been amazing. Our cake tasting was one of our favourite bits of wedding planning (of course), where we tried numerous combinations and just had a good chit chat. She listened to what we wanted and created an incredible cake. There were lots of people commenting on how tasty it was! It was everything we wanted and fit our venue perfectly. So I can not recommend Claire enough for her cakes and cupcakes . It was my daughters first birthday so as I'm not the best at baking I decided to take the stress off and buy a cake and some cupcakes . I was sent Clare's details and I'm so glad I was and she was available . Both the cupcakes and cake were not only delicious but perfect and I mean perfect, we asked for a panda cake and all of our friends commented on how amazing it looked and that cutting it was almost a crime . If I could eat anything and not put on weight it would be these cakes they are up there with the top yummy cakes I've eaten and I've eaten a few ! So if you need delicious and amazing looking cakes use Clare I will definitely be a repeat customer . Thank you Clare !!

Clare was absolutely brilliant from the offset. We visited her in her amazing kitchen with multiple samples ready for us to try. She was personable, friendly and relaxed. Me and my now Wife enjoyed a nice cup of tea whilst we discussed cake ideas among other things! We had visited numerous other cake suppliers but Clare just blew us away. She was incredibly passionate and had a great understanding of what people want and how to get them there. With us being mega organised all the cake decisions were made with about 13 months left to til the wedding! It must have been about a 3 weeks before the big day when we got in touch with Clare with a new idea for our cake (copper brush strokes) which with absolutely no fuss she said she could achieve and did brilliantly. Her prices were also very reasonable. We had 3 tiers all different flavours and got the caterers to put some aside for us the next day incase we missed it on the night - they were over zealous with this request and saved a quarter of each tier! Arriving home the day after with post-wedding blues we sat down to enjoy some hefty slices of cake to cheer us up. Every flavour blew us away (Victoria sponge with strawberry buttercream, Banana and toffee and toffee buttercream and my personal favourite - Lemon drizzle) they were all amazing and we could not have asked for better. Absolutely over the moon with what Clare did and it looked amazing. The morning off she arrived with massive smiles, was happy to bring the cake in and set up then before leaving made sure eveything was okay and how best to preserve the cake throughout the day. Would recommend Clares Cake Boutique in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything!
