Honestly I would have thought that a group who works for mobility for the disabled wouldn't block pavements entirely. You couldn't even fit a child in the gap between the bush and the front of vehicle, but there you go. Selfish driver huh. I usually wouldn't be bothered, but seriously guys, do better considering your company is to get people mobile!!!

WOW Thank you to everyone who made my life a lot easier, I am so happy I went with your company which was recommended to me by a friend. I will certainly without hesitation pass your contact details on to anyone indeed. Thank you all.

To anybody who is having work done by( ACCESS MOBILITY) 1st I read one review. Just because you or anybody else are disabled, does not give YOU or anybody else any right to any special treatment. You should be grateful. My husband has vascular dementia, and very bad mobility We were saying how quickly my husband was assessed, and wet room finished in 9 weeks.we feel very privileged to have this work done for him We were guided by the wonderful ZOE at custom services at every next stage. ZOE made a point of saying to us at the begining, that the shower would not be able to be used which was totally acceptable. It was a inconvenience,I won't say it wasn't. But you must remember you still have running water, and use of your toilet. You can't expect anything else you want a wet room. Sorry to anybody who disagrees but this is quite obvious. So to anybody else having work done ,by using (ACCESS MOBILITY) obviously you are disabled because you are using this company. They do not deserve reviews like this.People like yourselves are very quick to complain, but are you quick to praise. I only have wonderful respect, gratefulness for all the different (Boys) As Zoe calls them. They all introduced them selves, they were tidy, they all respected us ,worked so so hard non stop all day, in our small bathroom with no window. They all went up and beyond. As each finished their job, they explained what they had done and made sure we understood. And ZOE would inform us who was doing the next part of the wet room. I would defiently recommend (ACCESS MOBILITY) Allways jolly, all had a sense of humour we felt very comfortable with them in a home, and had no worries or concerns. You cannot say that about many workmen. SO THANK YOU ALL AT ACCESS MOBILITY.Zoe, Shaun, Darren, Andy, Jamie, and any one I have left out. YOU WERE AMAZING AND COULD NOT OFF DONE ANYTHING ELSE FOR US. WE FEEL VERY PRIVELEDGED TO OFF HAD THIS WORK DONE BY YOU. WILL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL KIND REGARDS DEBBIE & JOHN

I have just had my bathroom `ripped out and had it replaced with a wet room`. I was very impressed at the speed it was all organised and completed.and kept up to date all along the way,by a lovely lady called zoe who broke it all down bit by bit as too what was going to happen and when (very impressed). With nothing being too much trouble. The whole team worked hard and cleaned up after themselves, there were a few minor snags that were rectified straight away. They gave me a choice of colours etc to chose from, also allowed me to put in my ideas too. Having this done has helped me no end to get on with my daily living and i could not be happier - `A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED`
