I have been an Ergomobility customer for a number of years. They have fitted hoists to a few of my motability cars. Last year (2022) they went out of their way to make bespoke adaptations to fit my powerchair, so that I could get it into my boot until I took on my new lease. They did numerous visits at my home and then my chair got taken to the workshop and they made the fittings it needed to keep me mobile. It wasnt an easy task by any means and they really had to work hard to overcome my health challenges and the restrictions on the size of my powerchair and vehicle to make it work. But make it work they did! It has kept me mobile and independent for the last few months until my new car was ordered and I take delivery of it. I am now looking forward to taking delivery of my first ever shiny new wheelchair accessible vehicle (wav) in a few weeks, and I know that they will be doing adaptations to that too. I have no doubt that these adaptations will be carried out to the most professional standard, speedily and yet not compromised on quality in the adaptations. Every team member I have met, and I have met a few! From Tracy in the reception, to Dave and Matt and Mark and many others, each one is as friendly and helpful as the next, but most of all, each one does their very best to do what is best for you, to help you live as independently as possible, whatever your health condition. I often have random strangers ask me about my hoist, and I constantly refer them to Ergomobility and hand over their phone number. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. I can't wait to go through the process of having my new wav converted with them and seeing them watch me drive away in it. It will be a joyous moment for both them and me. They know how much I have needed it! See you in a few weeks' time, folks!

we had the front seats on our new car raised today thanks to ergomobility and wow what a difference it has made for my wife who shall i say is vertically challenged lol. Mark was the fitter and did a brilliant job! we found it easy to speak and arrange the job and our needs with ergomobility But the star is mark, extremely professional, polite and easy going, he made sure my wife was completely comfortable in the car and did a fantastic job, total credit to the company thank you Mark and ergo ,, happy wife happy life !

I Would like to thank all the staff of Ergo Mobility for their excellent communications, care and consideration in installing my wheelchair hoist literally the day before Christmas eve. The fitter on this very cold evening did an excellent and tidy job and helped me to have my independence again. Thank you all. Also a big thanks to the Motorbility Charity for their funding.

Having the need to have a new scooter hoist fitted into my new KODA, I contacted ERGOMOBILITY. I felt really confident about asking them, as I have used them many times before and have always been pleased with their fitting of my adaptations. As promised, on the day of fitting, I received a call from DAN the engineer, an hour before I was needed at the dealership. This allowed me to travel there in time for the new fitting of the lifting piece and the balancing of my mobility scooter. I arrived at the dealership and Dan came across from the workshop area and greeted me and my wife. He was most friendly, polite and courteous. Dan took us to where my new vehicle was waiting and showed us the new hoist he had just finished installing. He showed us how the hoist worked and where the main on/off control was located. Dan then started to fit my new Smart Scooter Seat from Autochair. This newly designed seat is a blessing as it is very easy for my wife to dismantle and allows us to get my mobility scooter into a Skods Kodiaq with ease. This was the first time Dan had fitted one of these new seats. However he completed the job very professionally explaining what he was doing, and then adjusting the hoist to balance my scooter as it lifted for loading. I would, from my experiences with ERGOMOBILITY, certainly recommend them. From my initial calls to their office, the subsequent calls I made to confirm certain details and my experiences of their staff and engineers I have always received great help and polite service. I will for certainty be a returning customer when needed again. Thank you ERGOMOBILITY, and thank you DAN for making what is a stressful time for me when changing vehicles, a very easy and pleasant experience. Mr R Smith East Sussex.
