Quick response following initial enquiry. Had to wait a couple of weeks for the report but it was a thorough and detailed report to be fair and easy to follow. Much rather book an independent than a commercial firm. Andrew did not disappoint. Would highly recommend

Cannot recommend. Booked a survey early and Andrew surveyed quickly as home pwner provided access. However then had to chase his report on several occassions. We were eventually given the report the day before we were due to complete. I remember being told he had stayed back to complete as if he were doing us a favour! We paid for a report to be delivered to give us reasonable time to read and act upon any issues. Hence a late report gave us no time to review properly and was a waste of money. The response from Andrew was he had a lot on. Due to taking on too much work (his choice) we got a really poor servuce. We had no choice but to pay as we had to see the report. Andrew should have recognised his failing of us here and offered a free or at least a significantly reduced cost to acknowledge the position he left us in. But Andrew was paid and can forget us and move to the next one. Whilst we feel Andrew delivered poor service and no care, we do recommend you get Andrew to commit in writing a date by which his final report will be delivered.

Andrew completed a survey for me in February 2022. I found him very easy to deal with: professional, friendly, knowledgeable. The survey itself was detailed, seeming to cover all the points I wanted covered. I was able to use it to get 3k off my initial offer. Thanks for your help Andrew.
