        They the useless Council should use the millions of that they take from us and spend it on the roads and historic places like this. Not Put it In There own Pockets. This place needs cleaning and maintenance. There is always rubbish and litter scattered around it. They need to also refurbish the monument itself because there is a lot of wear and tear on the metal and stone.
