Mother Hubbard's East Ham

Been wanting to try Mother Hubbards since I watched a couple of reviews on YouTube and having taken my family today, it was not disappointing! The fish is fried to order and the batter is sublime, thin and crispy and perfect with the perfectly cooked chips! We got the Jumbo which fee all 4 of us for 17, which is a bit of a bargain at the moment. The only issue is that there is limited parking nearby, but after 6.30pm its free on the surrounding roads. I'll be defo coming back again, but I'll probably get something smaller next time! Wheelchair accessibility: No limitations I could see to access, as the doors are set at street level and the 2 doors open bilaterally.

Clean restaurant and good portion sizes. Had to wait a bit longer than expected but at least everything was made to order rather than sitting out under a heat lamp. The fish itself was delicious and flaky.
