Extreme delays in collecting in store orders. Very poor customer service. Out of my last 3 visits, twice they have delayed my order for nearly an hour! In my very first visit they simply forgot my order and after a reminder they started cooking my order. Today they told me after 40 min for just a single pizza takeaway that online orders take preference and we will start baking your pizza soon. After an hour I asked again they mentioned its in the machine, then I asked after ten more minutes and they told me it will take ten more which is unacceptable.
