an unpleasant experience. Whenever I need an appointment, I am not helped by anyone. If I go to the reception, she tells me to call... When I call, no one answers, or if she answers, she is very nervous and does not make an appointment

Have to wait on the phone for an hour to be told to do it online the link doesn't work but they refuse to help I just wanted test results but still could not get even went to the surgery

booking an appointment is a complete disaster. You must call at 8 AM or at 2 PM but even when you do the lines are cut off due to high volume of calls (and I call at 8 on the dot !) . Telling a suffering patient to call tomorrow hoping to get an appointment is to this point dangerous. The receptionists ( not all but too many) have very limited customer service knowledge. It is very sad and things will be missed by their lack of consideration.

Gp knew what she was doing, kind and answered all my questions and my partners. She offered referrals for things I couldn't get my last GP to even think about. She even got the reception staff to chase my previous GP for my records. Got texts on the same day for things I would need to book myself, and provided all the information needed for those calls
