This review was posted few years ago, just edited, looks like it was posted recently. 100% Genuine review, have receipts as proof and email exchanges with Focus management. Prices are not competitive, difference in hundreds of pounds we are extremely disappointed after realising weve been getting ripped off. Dishonest and unprofessional, the owner Mike accused us of damaging the item ourselves, he said people do it all the time, so he was generalising us with his other customers.

I have given a 2 star rating because we have had good experiences in the past so cannot say it has always been a bad experience but recently I have had a lot or problems with their furniture, in particular a couple of wardrobes. The doors starting falling off within a few months, drawers are not opening properly and the base of the drawers has come apart. We are always careful with how we use the furniture, therefore, we did not cause these problems, it was either poor quality furniture or the fitting. I did call them to resolve this but they just give me the number of a furniture repairer who quoted 100+ for these jobs. It's a shame because I spent a lot of money and these wardrobes should have lasted me at least 10 years.
