Worst experience with this cleaning services. They are not the professional cleaners. We asked for end of tenancy cleaning and they did a very basic cleaning without properly cleaning any of the equipment. When we asked them to do it properly as it was still the same before they started there work they said they can only do this much cleaning. They are just wastage of amount you are paying. I recently hired bdpol cleaning company for my end of tenancy cleaning, and I must say, it was the worst experience I've ever had. The cleaners were incredibly bad at their job, and I had to ask them to clean properly several times. Despite the fact that I pointed out visible marks and stains on various surfaces, the cleaners didn't seem to care and did a half-hearted job. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the overall poor quality of the cleaning. The worst part is that I ended up having to clean many areas myself, as the cleaners simply did not do a satisfactory job. To make matters worse, when I called the company to complain about the poor service, the person on the other end was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They seemed to have no interest in resolving my issues and instead chose to ignore my complaints I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my cleaning needs in the future. Save your time and money and steer clear of this subpar cleaning service. Service: Moving-related cleaning
