I would absolutely not recommend 75 pound for black hair dye no straightening nothing popped one of my spots whilst threading my eye brows resulting blood to come out. Staff are unexperienced and unfriendly and rude.

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience here was terrible. Firstly one lady came and sprayed my hair and left me on the chair and attended to a phone call. By the time she came back my hair was already dry again. Told her exactly how I wanted my hair and how much she should cut off and she didnt listen at all. By the time I realised how much she cut off it was too late. She was so busy engaged in conversation with one of the customers who came in who she knew she didnt even bother to pay attention to what she was doing with my hair. After the hair cut I was so upset and annoyed that I had bothered to come here. Another lady came to blow dry my hair (mostly my face) and didnt even bother combing it and just walked away while the hair was still in my face and the other lady was shouting how much she should take from me. Would never recommend this place to anyone and will never be returning. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills.

I got hair cut here first time by Naaz. It is fantastic haircut. Totally changed my look. I am so happy with the result. I will highly recommend it to my friends and family. Very neat and clean place. I will use the service again in future here. Thanks. Worth of money.
