Brought my younger sister to get her hair cut by a barber. Upon visiting, I arrived at the premises to the "hair dresser" starring at us like we were from another planet. She said that the barber was outside and he won't be long... As we waited 20mins for the barber, she sat and stared at us the whole time, didn't say anything, she just stared. The barber eventually arrived and did a great job on my sister hair. However you could tell professionallism is not a strong skill for those that work in this shop. I asked him for his number so I could book an appointment for my son to come in to get his hair cut. He gave me his number and walked off when I asked for his name. This shop would have the potential to be a great shop but lacks good customer service. I won't be returning.

I thought lot about leaving a review and finally decided to do so as it helps the business to fix their issues. I'm new to this area and went to this barber for a haircut last week, but the guy who cut my hair was very inexperienced and I could tell from the get-go. He never used the scissors, but only the machine and as a result he basically ruined my hair by cutting it super short in the front and left it very long at the back and sides after showing him the sample hair style photo and almost 90 minutes. When I washed my hair, i realised the issue and went back and asked him to fix it. However, after another 10 min or so, i had to escape as I realised it was a mistake to come back. I had to have a 3rd haircut the next day to make the botched job look less visible from a distance. The rest of the barbers might be good at their job, but customers deserve to know if the barber is still learning and let them decide if they want your service or not and it is the owner's responsibility to communicate with the customers. We get a haircut to feel good about yourselves, but it wasn't the case for me. I know it is hair and it will grow back, but I will definitely not be going to this barber again. Service: Scissor cut
