        I have been a member of the gym since January. The gym is quiet and full of the best equipment, it has a fun atmosphere and Mitch & Emma have really made this a special place and a comfortable environment to workout in. I would definitely recommend Fitness Evolution to anyone, and would certainly recommend Mitch as a PT- especially if you don't want to walk for a week after your session!

        I joined the gym in Sway just a couple of months ago and have been really pleased that I took the step. The gym is well equipped, clean and it's not overcrowded. Everyone is friendly and we received a thorough induction from Mitch who is always on hand to provide guidance and encouragement with a smile. In a short time I'm already starting to feel the benefit and am looking forward to improving my strength and overall fitness. Perfect for a woman of a certain age! Thanks Mitch and Emma.

        I am so lucky I met with Mitch and Emma . After knee surgery I was struggling to take the stairs. My leg was just so weak and I was just too scared to hurt my knee again . After 3 months with Mitch help ,I am much stronger and happier. I am able to do the activities that a few months I couldn't even imagined doing. The atmosphere in the gym is so lovely. Friendly people. Not crowded and very clean. I can highly recommend.
