Recommended by a third party. Ordered several cakes for a charity event . They arrived late, unattractive and stodgy and hidden under frosting. Such A shame, but what the hell the Lidl cakes sold well with the coffee and raised a pot of money.

I attended a charity function where the organiser had ordered items from Berrys. The Banoffee cake has a chemical taste, made using flavourings, no banana what so ever, not what I expected from a small Bakery, its the sort of quality you expect on a coach or train, just cheap, and nasty with no quality but expensive pricing. Then the scones, like eating flour, sultanas, we counted 4 per scone, suffered 2 and binned the other 2. Comparable to Mr Kipling, if that, if youre hoping for something special skip this place.

Not sure what the products are like but the old guy with glasses driving the van through Bournemouth needs to read the Highway code regarding Roundabouts, nearly caused a accident! Doughnut!!

Bought one of Berrys' Banoffee Cakes from a farm shop outlet in Hayling Island. 7nfkrtunately I did not look at the Ingredient list on the base of the packaging. I can honestly say the only place the cake is for for is the bin, not the stomach. The predominant flavour was of artificial banana. The cake itself had no redeeming features. Three of us agreed we would not eat it again, so it is for the bin. It has at least 12 E numbers. Tasted totally false.
