I am considered a senior citizen and am lucky enough to join in a small Pilates class that Steph runs. Steph is a kind and caring person and keeps an eye on what we do and the way we do it - correcting us if we are not quite right. Correction is vital in order to benefit from the Pilates moves. Pilates might look like a doddle but you certainly feel it a day or two after if you are new to it or been away from it for a while! Between Steph and the Pilates you come away, at the end of the session, with your mood lifted.

Love these classes, Steph & Konrad are amazing. By far the best yoga classes i've tried (& i've tried quite a few!) Always leave feeling like a chilled out zen giraffe. Steph is lovely, knowlegeable & always does the class with us. Very inspirational. More classes please!

My friend bought me a present of 3 pilates classes. I have never been active or interested in exercise. 7 months later I love doing pilates. I was nervous at first as am 5ft and overweight! But everyone is so welcoming and there are all ages, sizes and levels of fitness at each class. Our pilates teacher Steph is excellent. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she is skilled at ensuring she meets everyone's needs. Which ever exercise we are doing there are always several options. I'm a convert and if you are looking to start exercise, whatever your age, a great way to start is to attend Steph's pilates session. I promise you will be hooked.

Steph and Konrad are AMAZING, can't recommend them enough. I regularly attend Steph's Outdoor HIIT and Yoga and I love both! I never get bored, there is always something to learn and every class is fun and safe with options for all. Steph makes sure everyone is included and working to the best of their ability, each class is well planned and thought through. I have developed my fitness beyond what I thought possible with Steph's encouragement and my balance and flexibility has improved so much over the past year since I started Yoga. Before starting Steph's Yoga classes I thought I would find Yoga boring but I was wrong, Steph makes each class a fun challenge. I used to have a bad back every month or so but since starting Yoga I have only had a twinge in my back once! If you are thinking of coming to any Skybody class stop thinking and just book, you won't regret it!

My experience of SKYBody.... where do i start?? There is so much i could tell you. But i will start with one very simple fact. This woman is amazing! She has made me fall in love with exersise. Which i never believed would be possible as i had always hated it with a passion. Whether it be HIIT, YOGA, PILATES OR AS A PERSONAL TRAINER. I have seen her at work in all. She brings to the table a friendly, easy going class that she makes so so much fun. Always gives us options to make it accessible to any ability level. Her classes are NEVER boring. She has awesome playlists which always seem to fit the mood of the class. She has extensive knowledge of all that she teaches. She knows everyone she teaches by name, once met, never forgotten. She is always professional. In her classes she so motivational. She knows each and every clients ability level and she pushes you to be your best. We always work really hard, but we always manage to have a laugh aswell. Stephanie is just awesome. So knowledgeable and you can really tell she loves teaching her craft. She has a real passion for it. She is qualified... constantly updating her knowledge with workshops and classes to learn more. I cant reccomend SKYbody enough. I am so pleased i met Stephanie nearly 2 years ago. I never thought id be able to do half the stuff i can now in yoga. Monday nights is the best sleep i get all week. Not because im knackered (which i am!) but because i am so chilled and relaxed. As i said we always work hard. But classes are always so much fun! I never struggle getting up in the mornings if im going to a class. Thank you for that Stephanie. I am so glad i found you :) Her classes work wonders! Back pain, knee pain... any pain you name it. She can help you :)
