        Terrible customer service in here. I wanted to hire a Makita 447m dust extractor which is advertised online. The guy behind the counter told me that if I ordered one it might be a different model that turned up and his exact words "I'm not ringing around every branch to find you one". Why bother advertising specific models if that's not what you'll get. I suspect he was just lying so he could be lazy and not have to find me one, which shouldn't be too difficult seeing as Brandon recently bought 200 of them as advertised on the Makita website. I'll not be going back to this branch ever which is a shame as a different guy who served me on another occasion was great.
