Recently visited this shop they have a limited product's...so it's hard to get the product which I want

Just went into this shop a few moments ago and was really impressed by the individual behind the counter. Didn't catch their name as I had already held up the queue enough but they had dark hair and glasses. Not only were they patient, kind and helpful to me, but they also helped the person in front of me by reminding them to use their ClubCard. Being sensitive to the current economic crisis we are all facing and going that extra mile to be nice to people is something we should all do more of. I was kind of ghosting through the whole experience (as many of us often do when popping to the shops) and it only really clicked how nice they had been after I had left the shop, so I wanted to express my gratitude to them properly on here. Thanks again and enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Popped in as friend wanted a loaf. Only two people in front queing, but as a self service counter too

Stupid self service tills hate them with a vengence. Have to wait for staff everytime and then evenn when i refusecto use them i still have to wait for staff as they are always always stacking shelves. Never enough staff in there. Id goto coop but they are monumentally worse!
