        I've stayed here lots of times. Its about one minutes walk to a really quiet beach and thirty minutes walk from a fab seaside coffee-shop and restaurant (The Lobster Pot). Bognor is another ten minutes walk with its crazy gold and general sea-side fun. The house is very quietly situated and perfect for walks, bike rides and general sitting around doing nothing. Lots of room inside, nice patieo, great BBQ and good garden. Its a perfect place for a realy english seaside relaxing holiday.
