Would give 0 stars if possible, I would avoid this company like the plague. Ignore you but happy to take your money, constantly lie if you do finally get a response. Don't answer their phone, don't reply to emails and don't reply to letters. As soon as its payment day they come out of the wood work only to go back into hibernation.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. This company could not organise the proverbial in a brewery. Totally unprofessional, no one can ever help with a problem apart from the boss who is never available and obviously doesn't delegate to her staff. As previous review said we now have the building works sorted out ourselves for a fraction of the price. We now also have found a far superior managing agent who are committed, always answer our queries and are totally professional. Good riddance to a rubbish company.

Absolutely atrocious! If you're happy to spend a LOT of money for nothing, these are the people for you. I had a rat issue for over a year, it took 12 months for them to actually do anything sufficient to sort the issue. I had to live with rats the whole time, which was extremely traumatic. They ignored all emails about roof tiles that had fallen off the roof. No exterior maintenance was done, I had to do all weeding on the external area of the property. They also tried to charge us 75000 for work which we have now been told can be done for a fraction of this price! Disgusted with the company and their attitude. I would strongly advise using ANYONE ELSE, unless you want to pay nearly 2000 a year for nothing.
