        Would've given 0 if I could. Absolutely disgusting treatment from this company. Received a debt collectors letter obviously with additional fees but have never received the latest service charge invoices or any reminders so how can I pay what I dont know is due! So far Hurst Management ignoring my emails requesting said invoices! Disgraceful Company need reporting to ARMA.

        Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with and if I could give them zero stars I would. They make it as hard as possible to contact them in order to hit you up with admin fees and never answer their phone. It's 2023 and they still don't allow you to set up direct debits with them and expect you to have a cheque book and pay them that way, presumably so they can also hit you with fees when your cheque gets lost in the mail.
