The male counter assistant was rude and confrontational. It is one thing to enquire if a parcel contains batteries or liquids, quite another thing to just say Whats in it in a curt manner. When I asked why he wanted to know the exact contents he became belligerent and started shouting and telling me that I didnt live locally and had never been in his shop before so I should go use another post office. I actually live three minutes walk away and do use the shop occasionally Recently the shop owners were saying if people didnt use it more they would have to close. Hell of a way to retain customers

I wish I could give it zero star! incredibly rude staff at the post office section who don't even know their job. on the other hand, very friendly people work at the convenient store. I can't see how they tolerate witnessing rudeness and not taking actions! or maybe they do and falls into deaf ears at the higher levels!!!
