Tim the engineer was first class and put the homeowner completely at ease with the situation. Even payment was easy and kindly deferred until business hours on Monday and the office staff were very friendly.
I really cannot praise this company highly enough, they turned what could have been a catastrophe into a resolved situation with an easy professionalism that is becoming rarer these days. It was so nice to deal with a company who still believes that their work is their best advertisement.
Finally the cost of the call out was very reasonable!
I do wish that they had business cards as I would be handing them out to anyone who might need one of the best plumbing companies I have worked with in about 40 years Services: Water tank repair, Plumbing leak repair
