Shocking customer service. My dad is on palliative care, and the nurses who come out daily, have to regularly order more of his medication. The pharmacy never has it all, or like today, something was needed urgently for tomorrow and the weekend and it took us around 3 hours to get through to them. Even then they were rude and slammed the phone down because we commented on how long it takes them to answer the phone. It's not like they have customers queuing out onto the car park.

Lovely staff, always eager to help and work very hard often having to deal with some truly obnoxious customers. Keep up the good work

They lady serving on her own has done amazingly. For the two ladies talking quietly slagging them off, there is no need to be so rude. They are trying their hardest how about you both show some respect

The customers are actually rude and obnoxious. Pharmacies are understaffed and not payed properly across the country. They always try their best. Think about it. Why would anybody purposely give poor service? Every time you read a customer complaint about any pharmacy its actually a rude, obnoxious, self-entitled person.
