I'm new to having a regular prescription, so i used llyods at Bognor Sainsbury for convenience, the first time i could not fault them great customer service and over the busy Christmas period. But the second time has been an absolute shambles.... the attitude of the person who serviced me was appalling told me i was dropping it way too early ( had a few meds left ) and was very unhelpful...I then went to collect a week later only to find she has lost my script. Other members of staff have been very helpful. 2 weeks on I can't have my script as there's a shortage so now have to go else where... lucky I did take it in early after all..

Fantastic- thank you so much for helpful friendly advice on phone ref. Provision of an Emergency prescription on a bank holiday when daughter needed a replacement inhaler. It immediately calmed an anxious situation , and all steps were followed resulting in new inhaler in very quick time Thank you so much for saving the day.

Always friendly and helpful when I go in to collect. It is convenient and a fast turnaround once they receive my script. Recommended. :)
