Have not got a bad word to say about Lloyds Middleton. The girls are always freindy, helpful & professional and prescriptions are usually ready within 1 or 2 days. Plus you receive a text when it's ready to collect. If any items are not in stock they keep you informed and it only takes a day for them to get it. Brilliant pharmacy! Thank you girls, A.M.

Nothing is too much for the staff at this pharmacy. People who say they are confrontational need to look at themselves; how, as a customer, have they behaved? NHS has, by definition, to have queues, customers need to understand that this pharmacy gives customers the time they need. If customers can't wait patiently, at a pharmacy, at A&E, etc, maybe they should ask their GP for help in keeping themselves calm.

Prescriptions never ready when supposed to be. Unfriendly staff. Stand waiting forever while staff don't come and serve. Unhelpful staff. All in all, I dislike this pharmacy intensely. Just go to Boots in the main shopping area!
