I met Vince while working out and asked him acouple of questions. He was very helpful, polite and had no issue with me asking. I then began training sessions with Vince in the few months that followed I noticed a big difference in my body, confidence and strength. He is extremely helpful when it comes to mental health also. Checking with me to make sure I was ok and handled our talks with compassion and great sensitivity. I would 100% recommend Vince to anyone looking to improve their fitness, health and wellbeing. He is an all round good professional approachable guy.

I signed up with Vince on a whim. I wasn't sure what I wanted just that change was needed. This guy has a great natural intuition and his knowledge seems to know no bounds. Over a year in and I have made huge progress. For the first time in over a decade I feel comfortable in my own skin and believe in myself. Vince succeeded where many other professionals could not. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I signed up with Vince to help with fitness and mindset. Vince is a great coach, always on hand if you need anything and has a brilliant/unique approach to coaching. He helped me change my negative mindset around the gym and food, and also helped me gain confidence in myself. I found Vince through my gym during our first lockdown, where he was running a specific challenge for women (online cos 2020), which really appealed to me. His programme was easy to work with from home and his support was amazing. There were daily check ins from him and his mental health support was so valuable along side the physical training and diet advice. He easily adapted things when I needed change and still is always there when I need to talk (he usually knows I need to talk before I do!).
